WRITER
I write for myself and for others.
Articles and interviews have appeared in IndieWire, BlackBook, on the Huffington Post, Salon, Nerve, in DOX (European Docu Magazine), Dartmouth Alumni Magazine, International Documentary Magazine, The Advocate, The Miami Herald and Hana Hou! I also teach screenwriting and filmmaking and was a 2016 and 2017 Artist in Residence for writing and screenwriting at the Byrdcliffe Arts Colony in Woodstock, NY. I consult on projects one-on-one and love helping others reach their creative and professional goals.
As a writer-for-hire, I work on screenplays, non-fiction books, journalism/essays, and websites/blog content. I work as an original content creator and collaborator. I help at all stages of projects: writing, editing, feedback/evaluation and as a coach providing motivation and structure to get stuff done.

As a journalist, I write about film, culture, and people doing inspiring things. “Place" as character is also an interest.
